My journey...

Began in my early 20's. I was 40lbs over weight. I felt the weight just snuck up on me. I was not happy with myself. I knew I had to make a change. First thing I did was remove foods that I knew were working against me in my everyday life. That alone made a difference. I then decided to pursue fitness. I started working out casually in my local gym. The pounds continued to melt off me. It wasn't until a few years ago that I got very serious in my health and fitness journey. I met some amazing people and have accomplished many great things. From competing in functional fitness competitions, to running 5K/10Ks, and even participating in over a dozen obstacle course races each year. It was then I wanted to share my experience and knowledge with others. I became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. With addional certifications as a Women's Fitness Specialist and MMA Conditioning Specialist. Being in my 30's I now have more energy and I'm in the best shape of my life! I'm very excited to have the opportunity to empower others to accomplish their dreams of becoming a weekend warrior!
